The CGF18-18-6 3 in 1 Water Filling Machine of Description:

The CGF18-18-6 3 in 1 water filling machine is used to fill pure water, mineral water and spring water. The output is 5000-6000 bottles per hour.

All the parts in connected with the machine are made of high quality stainless steel 304. The related electrical appliances are from international famous brands, including Mitsubishi, Germany Siemens, France Schneider and so on.

The machine consists of three parts: washing, filling and capping.

Washing Part:

The PET bottle enters the equipment from the bottle separating  wheel, and the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and the turning mechanism, and the bottle mouth is turned down. The sterile water is rinsed and drained, and the CGF18-18-6 3 in 1 water filling machine is automatically turned over to the bottle mouth facing up, and is transported to the filling through the bottle outlet star wheel.The main structure of the equipment is in contact with the flushing medium and the external protective cover is made of high-quality stainless steel.

Brand new stainless steel clamps, simple structure, convenient adjustment; less contact area with the bottle mouth, effectively avoiding secondary pollution to the bottle mouth.

The bottle washer is equipped with a water receiving tray to recover the bottled water.

Filling Part:

The filling part realizes the filling of water into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine. The filling is quick and sensitive, and the filling level is high in accuracy. There is no spring in the valve, and the material does not contact with the spring, which is conducive to the cleaning of the inside of the valve.

The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to make the bottle lifting and centering stable.

The main drive adopts gear drive that is open type combined drive, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, and sufficient lubrication.

Capping Part:

The capping part will screw the cap arranged by the cap sorting device to the bottle with the product already filled, and send it to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.

The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. Make the lid leave the hopper from the lid outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a front and back cover separating device at the exit. When the back cover passes by, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the back cover is automatically blown into the hopper by wind. Only the front cover can enter the chute smoothly. The amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover conveying machine to ensure that the lower cover achieves the desired effect. When the front cover enters the slide way, you can smoothly enter the cover feeding tray. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is also configured on the slide way to ensure that the cover that enters the feeding cover tray is correct. A pair of slides are also provided The photoelectric switch, when it detects that there is no cover, it stops the host immediately.

The screw cap is a magnetic screw cap, with overload protection function, and the screw cap torque is stable and reliable.
