1. Maintenance
(1) The air in the filter should be removed before starting the precision filter.
(2) The pressure valve can be adjusted after the start of precision filtration, and the pressure instrument should be checked in time. If abnormal, the machine should be shut down in time.
(3) The main engine of reverse osmosis should be maintained regularly.
(4) Reverse osmosis should be backwashed and cleaned regularly.
2. Maintenance of ozone generator
(1) Check the ozone supply of the ozone generator at any time.
(2) Monitor the oxygen pressure and current intensity of the oxygen generator at any time.
3. The pressure of the filter should be monitored and washed regularly.
The pipes, pipe fittings and pumps of soda water filling machine should be inspected and maintained regularly.
The gas path, pneumatic components and machinery of soda filling machine are regularly refuelled.
The electric control system of soda water filling machine should be inspected and repaired regularly.
Pay attention to check the circuit interface before opening the plastic packer to avoid false connection.
Before starting the marking machine, check the ribbon, heating temperature and clean the prefix regularly.
All electrical appliances and circuits in the production workshop must be in the charge of the workshop maintenance personnel, and the inspection shall not be less than once a week. The personnel of each shift shall check the electrical operation status of the equipment at any time. If any abnormality is found, it shall be shut down immediately and reported to the relevant personnel for solution.
