Ion softener is used to reduce the hardness of water. Raw water is softened by exchanger from top to bottom. Magnesium, calcium and cations in water exchange with sodium ion of water exchanger. Raw water is softened into water containing little calcium, magnesium and salt (called soft water), which can be used for boiler water supply and some industrial water. Because sodium ion has great solubility in water. It will not form hard scale inside the boiler and is easy to be removed. The water entering the sodium ion exchanger should be clarified and filtered, and basically does not contain suspended solids. After softened by the exchanger, its residual hardness does not exceed 0.03 MGE / L. Capacity: 1-100 T / h
