Dairy beverage production line

Characteristics of milk beverage filling production line

1. The technology of direct connection between air duct and bottle feeding wheel is adopted to cancel bottle feeding screw and conveying chain, which makes it easy to change bottle shape. 2. Bottle transmission adopts the whole process bottleneck technology, changing the bottle shape does not need to adjust the height of the equipment, just need to replace the arc guide plate, shifting wheel and other nylon parts related to the diameter of the bottle body. 3. The high-speed line adopts bottle clip transmission technology, which makes the change of bottle shape more free and the working table inside the unit more concise. 4. Details of milk beverage filling line
1. Bottle washing part
This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, which is mainly used for washing new bottles of drinks, water and other products. The bottle is then sent to the filling machine for filling the product. The PET bottle enters the equipment from the bottle dividing star wheel, and the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and the overturning mechanism, and the bottle mouth is turned downward. After the sterile water is washed, it is drained, and automatically turns over to the bottle mouth upward, and is transported to the filling machine through the bottle outlet star wheel. The main structure of the equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the contact part with the flushing medium and the external protective cover are made of high-quality stainless steel. The new stainless steel clamp is simple in structure and easy to adjust; it has less contact area with the bottle mouth, effectively avoiding the secondary pollution to the bottle mouth The bottle washing machine is equipped with a water collecting plate When the bottle is flushed, the water volume of each bottle is 105ml / S (0.25MPa)
2. Filling part
In the filling part, the materials are filled into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine. The company has its own design principle of vacuum filling and backflow valve. The filling valve adopts the way of pressure filling negative pressure reflux, which makes the filling fast and sensitive, and the filling liquid level precision is high. There is no spring in the valve, the material does not contact with the spring, which is conducive to the internal cleaning of the valve. In order to ensure the filling process and filling temperature, the material in the valve is in micro reflux state when there is no bottle or shutdown. The filling cylinder is full to ensure the pressure in the cylinder is stable. The whole machine has perfect CIP cleaning interface. The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to make the bottle lifting and centering stable. The main drive adopts gear drive, namely open combination drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
3. Screw the cover part
In the capping part, the lids arranged by the capping device are screwed onto the bottles of the filled products and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain. The capping machine drives the rotary disc to rotate through the reducer. The cover leaves the hopper from the cover outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cover passes by, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cover is automatically blown into the hopper by the wind force. Only the positive cover can enter the slide smoothly. The cover quantity in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cap conveying machine, so as to ensure the ideal effect of the lower cover. When the front cover enters the slide, it can enter the cover feeding plate smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti reverse cover dial is configured on the slide to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding plate is correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the slide to stop the host immediately when no cover is detected. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
Water treatment system

The water treatment system produced by Xinmao machinery is suitable for all kinds of water treatment equipment of purified water, mineral water, beverage product water and process water. The water treatment system mainly includes: pretreatment system (multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger, microporous filter), membrane separation system (ultrafilter, nanofilter, reverse osmosis unit), electrodialysis equipment, sterilization equipment (ultraviolet equipment, ozone equipment), etc. Ultrafiltration system is usually used to produce mineral water and mountain spring water. It is a process of separation of impurities in liquid by ultrafiltration membrane with different pore sizes driven by pressure. At present, in the water treatment industry, polypropylene hollow fiber components are most widely used. The treated water is supplied to the three in one pure water filling machine, the four in one fruit juice and pulp filling machine, the three in one hot filling machine, and the production line of steamy drinks.

The bottle feeding chain adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which cooperates with the host frequency conversion to make the bottle feeding operation more stable and reliable.
