1. Can washer: it is mainly used for continuous cleaning of three piece cans, and also suitable for other types of tinplate cans with similar size and shape. It has the characteristics of good cleaning effect, reasonable structure, work balance and high production efficiency. It is an ideal product on the can food and beverage production line.
2. Negative pressure filling machine:
Gravity filling principle is adopted.
The filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve, which has high filling speed and high liquid level precision.
It has perfect CIP cleaning function.
The combination of filling valve port with guide device and bottle bottom lifting device ensures the accurate sealing of bottle mouth and filling valve, and reduces the phenomenon of material leakage from the tank mouth.
The line can accurately fill liquor, color liquor, fruit juice, mineral water, purified water and other non steam drinks, and also can fill vinegar, milk, pesticide and other liquids. It has the characteristics of no broken bottle, no dripping and convenient operation and maintenance.
3. Can sealing machine:
In the capping part, the lid is sealed to the can of the filled product and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain.
The sealing roller is quenched with high hardness diamond (HRC > 62), and the sealing curve is precisely processed by optical curve grinding to ensure the sealing quality and normal operation of the machine.
The control system of can bottom cover and no can no lower cover is provided in the production line of can containing steam to ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the rate of cover damage.
The aluminum cover is placed in the chute manually, and the lower cover is carried out by the gravity of the cover and the thruster. A detection switch is installed in the chute to ensure the shutdown in case of lack of cover.
According to the tank type of different height, the capping machine can be manually lifted and lowered to meet the requirements.
4. The conveying system includes:
1 conveying platform, 3 intermediate frames and 10 m stainless steel chain plate. The conveyor chain is exquisitely made, the connection between chains is reasonable, and the bottle walking is smooth. The conveyor chain plate and chain side plate are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the guardrail bracket is made of injection molded parts with beautiful shape.
