Beer and beverage filling machine is a rotary bottle washing, filling and capping machine, which is mainly used for filling glass bottles of beer, fruit wine, beverage and other products. The main structure of beer and beverage filling machine is made of stainless steel, and the contact part with washing medium and external protective cover are made of stainless steel. It has CIP cleaning function and is controlled by touch screen and PLC.

Beer glass bottle filling machine is suitable for constant pressure filling of beer, cocktail, soda water, aerated soda water and other glass bottles of various capacities and shapes; the production capacity can reach 2000 bottles / h-20000 bottles / h.

The wine bottles fed into the machine by the bottle feeding conveyor belt are divided into fixed intervals into the bottle washing machine. The bottles are inverted by the bottle clamp to complete the bottle washing. Then the bottles are sent to the bottle feeding star wheel of the filling machine by the middle wave wheel. The lifting movement of the wine bottle through the lifting device is positioned under the filling part by the centering guide. After filling, the bottle holder is lowered, the centering guide is upward, and the wine bottle is sent to the transmission star wheel, and then to the capping star wheel. After the capping process is finished, the bottle outlet star wheel will transport the bottle with the pressed cap onto the bottle outlet conveyor belt.
