The working principle of the barreled drinking water production line is that the empty barrel moves with the chain to a working position, and the barrel body is flushed in an inverted state. The rinsing process has a total of eight processes, the first and second alkaline washing, the third drying, the fourth and fifth disinfecting liquid, the sixth drying, the seventh returning water cleaning, and the eighth drying, the ninth pure water washing. Every machine has consisted of rinser, filler, and capper. The rinser has several sprays which can be used as for both clean water rinsing and disinfectant rinsing. The disinfectant can be recycled. The filling machine also has automatic capping device and cap rinsing device. The whole production line can automatic feeding barrel, rinsing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and output.
