1. Automatic capping machine

3.Bottled water filling machine
GF type barreling machine is the main equipment of 5-gallon barreled water production. It is composed of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, cylinder, transmission, electrical appliances, etc. it can complete the empty barrel washing, filling, filling, etc Through multi-stage washing process, quantitative filling, automatic capping, all movements of the whole machine are controlled by computer to achieve stable flushing effect, accurate filling capacity and sealing capping effect.

4. Lamp inspection device
DL lamp inspection box is used for visual inspection of objects inside and outside the barrel, and for checking the sundries inside and outside the barrel. The lamp inspection box is equipped with stainless steel protective cover, which is comfortable and suitable for illumination. It not only meets the national health standards, but also can clearly check the impurities, defects and glume particles inside and outside the barrel.

5. Heat shrinkable film machine
The heat shrinkable machine is composed of a steam generator and a contraction channel. The water source is connected to the steam generator, and the steam is generated after heating. 6. Automatic bucket bagging machine
