Working principle of automatic labeling machine:
When the bottle pushing electric eye finds that there are bottles coming and considers it necessary for continuous production, the bottle feeding screw starts to operate (the function of the bottle feeding screw is to separate the bottles from the new equidistant and equal initial speed), and the bottles enter the core unit of the labeling system. When the labeling electric eye senses that there are bottles coming, it will immediately transmit the information to the control center PLC, and through the PLC Four instructions are given successively: sending, positioning, cutting and shooting. When the shooting is finished, the labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label sorting and steam shrinking unit.
