The empty barrel moves one station along with the chain and washes the barrel mouth and barrel body in an inverted shape. There are eight processes in the washing process: the first and second alkali washing, the third drying, the fourth and fifth disinfectant, the sixth drying, the seventh backwater cleaning, the eighth dripping, the ninth pure water flushing, the tenth dripping, the eleventh pure water flushing and the twelfth drying (the process can also be set according to the user’s needs).
The clean barrel washed by the 5-gallon barreled water filling machine turns 90 degrees with the chain movement. The empty barrel is pulled out of the barrel seat by the barrel pulling cylinder and turned down with the bucket tipping frame. Then, the barrel is turned upward by the barrel pushing cylinder to place the empty barrel on the conveyor belt of the filling machine for filling.
After the sterilized empty barrel reaches the filling position, the filling valve is pushed into the barrel mouth by the cylinder, the filling pump is opened for filling, the filling time is set by PLC, and the filling time can be corrected by using the multi-function button on the panel according to the liquid level to reach the correct position. After filling, the full barrel will be sent to the capping station by the conveyor belt, and the bottle cap will be put on the barrel mouth automatically when passing through the capping station. After the capping is completed, it is output through the conveyor chain and enters the post packaging process.
